Message Testing

It is essential that you thoroughly test a Message before it is posted to the targeted Contacts. This can be achieved by following these steps:

1. Preview the Message for a cross-section of Contacts.
2. Send test Messages to a specified recipient or a pre-defined list of test recipients.
3. Check targeting criteria and targeted Contacts count.

Factors such as email client, operating system or mobile phone model will also affect the final appearance of a Message.
