Reporting on Messages

Email

Using a combination of HTML and images, email messages can record which Contacts have opened a Message or forwarded it on to others. An email message can also track any click-through for a particular Contact.

Email Messages will only be sent to those Contacts that have a Status of Enabled with Valid Email checked within their details.

SMS

Often referred to as txt messaging, SMS stands for Short Message Service and can be transmitted to and from mobile phones and other devices.

The management console can be configured to only send SMS messages to mobiles that have been marked as activated. A unique code is sent to the Contact's mobile and the mobile can be activated by replying with that code, or entering that code into a web form.

Mail

Recipients for postal Messages can be defined and targeted from within the management console. The management console will record against each Contact that mail has been sent. Data can then be manually exported or automatically sent to a third party mail house for processing.

Telemarketing

A telemarketing Message will add targeted Contacts to a call queue so that call center operators can make outbound calls using the management console. A customized call script can be produced for each Contact and can be viewed from the management console.
