Message Templates

Using a Message template when creating or modifying a Message allows you to utilize predetermined content and configuration. A Message template can have options and content in one of three states:

• Defaulted provides a default setting or content that can be edited when the template is used.
• Defined provides a default setting or content that cannot be edited when the template is used.
• Not Defined no default setting or content is provided when the template is used.
