Event Triggered Response Messages

Before a Message can be triggered by an event it must be enabled to do so. By default, new Messages are not enabled.

To event enable a Message

  1. From the Component List, click the Message you would like to view.
  2. Click the Modify button from the Action Bar.
  3. A Component window will be launched displaying the Content view.
  4. From the View Bar, click Summary.
  5. From the Summary view, click the Enable button.
  6. The Message will be enabled for events.
