Responses

The Survey Responses view displays all the responses received for a survey. The view can be filtered by Sample, status and completion period.

To display a list of Survey responses

1. From the Survey Component window, click the Responses view.
2. The Responses view will be loaded.

There are five different possible statuses that an individual response can be marked with:

• Completed the Survey was completed in the normal way.
• Incomplete the Survey was partially completed.
• Completed - Over Quota the response was completed, but was made after the specified quota was met.
• Incomplete - Over quota the response was only partially completed and was made after the specified quota was met.
• Screened Out the response was screened out.
