Surveys

Surveys are an essential tool for gaining valuable information from customers, staff and partners. Here's some of the ways that Touchpoint Interactive Marketing Platform Surveys can be used:

  • Surveys - customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction or customer research.
  • Quizzes - Using correct and incorrect answers.
  • Profiling - Using question scoring.
  • Data Collection Forms.

Using the Touchpoint Interactive Marketing Platform, you can easily create and execute one-off surveys, or integrate a survey into an ongoing marketing program.

Survey responses can be recorded through a web site managed in Site Manager or on behalf of a Contact directly in the management console.

Survey responses and reports can be viewed in real time. The results will be updated whenever a participant completes or partially completes a survey.
