Reporting on Surveys

The management console automatically produces statistical reports on Surveys activities that allow you to analyze survey participation and results . The following types of Survey reports are available.

• Survey Results Report
• Survey Cross Tabulation Report
• Survey Trend Report
• Response Over Time Report

To view a Survey report

1. From the Surveys component list, click the Survey you would like to view reports for.
2. From the Action bar, click the Reports button.
3. The Reports Component window will be loaded.
4. From the view bar, click the report you would like to view.
