Viewing Individual Responses

To view an individual response

1. From the Survey Component window, click the Responses view.
2. The Responses view will be loaded.
3. From the Sample list click the sample that you would like to view a response from. The default value of All Samples will display responses from all samples in the Component list.
4. Click the Find button.
5. From the Component list, click the response that you wish to view.
6. From the Action Bar, click the View button.
7. The Survey Response window will be launched displaying the response details.

Questions and question options marked with Trigger Content Alert (such as the response to Question Four in this example) are displayed highlighted in yellow so that they can be easily identified.
