Response Actions

Response actions determine the actions to be taken when a request or order is received from a Contact.

There are several different types of response action:

• Email sends an email to the Contact.
• Mail adds the Contact to a mail batch.
• Callback adds the Contact to a callback batch.
• Txt Message sends an SMS message to the Contact.
• Subscribe List adds the Contact as a member of a specified list.
• Unsubscribe List removes the Contact as a member of a specified list.
• Update Contact Attribute updates one of the Contact's basic text or check box attributes.
• Update Select Many Attribute updates one of the Contact's select attributes.

Each different type of action has different options available, but there are also commonalities across all actions.
