Callback Action

A Callback action allows you to add the Contact. For example, you could schedule a follow up phone call to the Contact from a member of your sales team.

In addition to the standard action fields, a Callback action also requires that you specify the fulfillment method to collect the data for processing.

There are two methods supported:

  • Download data can be manually downloaded from the management console.
  • Emailed Batch data can be automatically emailed to the specified recipients at the specified frequency.
