Reply Messages

The following table lists all the different types of Reply Message and in what scenario they will be sent to a Contact.

Reply Message Name

When it is used

No Email Message

Replying to a Contact who has no email address on record and the Txt Service has a response Type of Email.

Invalid Email Message

Replying to Contact when they have provided an email address that appears invalid.

No Name / Mail address Message

Replying to a Contact who has no postal address details on record and the Txt Service has a response Type of Postal Mail.

Invalid Mail Address Message

Replying to Contact when they have provided a postal address that appears invalid.

No Email or Name / Mail Address Message

Replying to a Contact who has no email address or postal address on record and the Txt Service has a response Type of Email or Postal Mail.

Exceeded Maximum Per Person Message

Replying to a Contact where the Maximum Requests Per Person defined for this Txt Service has been exceeded by them.

Exceeded Offer Maximum Message

Replying to a Contact where the Maximum Total Requests defined for this Txt Service has been exceeded.

Txt4Info Registration Required

Replying to a Contact when Require full Txt4Info Registration is checked for this Txt Service, but the contact has not registered yet.

Valid Request Confirmation Message

Sent when a request is valid.

Valid Join Confirmation Message

Replying to a message when a Contact has sent the word JOIN followed by a valid keyword.

Valid Quit Confirmation Message

Replying to a message when a Contact has sent the word QUIT or STOP followed by a valid keyword.

Unknown Keyword

To reply to a Contact when an inbound message did not contain a valid keyword or email address or the Txt Service is not published.

Expired Service

Replying to a Contact when the Txt Service is outside the Validity period.
