Response Sources

Response sources allow you to track the effectiveness of different channels across a Campaign. When a new Campaign is created, then default response sources are added: Mail, Phone, Email, Web.

The management console allows you can modify these default sources, or add and remove sources as necessary (up to a maximum of 10 sources).

To view or modify response sources

  1. From the Campaign's component window, click the Sources view on the view bar.
  2. The Response Sources view will be loaded.
  3. Make changes as necessary by typing in the Source text boxes.
  4. Click the Save button to save any changes you have made.
