How a Member's State is Updated

A Campaign member's response state can be updated in several ways, including:

  • Message Post: a Message can be configured to automatically update the response states of targeted Contacts when it is posted.
  • Batch Update: performing a Batch Update on multiple Campaign members at once.
  • Manually: modifying a member's details from Members view of a Campaign.
  • Event Triggered: a Web document can be configured to update a member's response state when a form is submitted.
