Reporting on Campaigns

The management console automatically produces statistical reports on Campaigns that help you to analyze the success of a project. The following types of reports are available:

• Response Summary Report shows statistics and details of the number of Campaign members in each response state.
• Offer Summary Report shows a comparison of Campaign responses for the different offers in this Campaign.

To view a Campaign Report

1. From the Campaigns component list, click the Campaign you would like to view reports for.
2. From the Action bar, click the Reports button.
3. The Reports Component window will be loaded.
4. From the view bar, click the report you would like to view.
