Import Existing Filter

Importing an existing Filter allows you import all the criteria from an existing Filter, these criteria can then be modified or removed without affecting the original Filter.

To import an existing Filter

1. Click the Add button on the Filter Criteria Action Bar.
2. From the Filter Criteria list, click Import Existing Filter.
3. The Select Filter window will be launched.

   

4. From the Filter list, click the Filter you would like to import.
5. A summary of the Filter criteria will be displayed in the Description box.
6. Click the Select button to import the criteria.
