Campaign Member State Targeting

Campaign member state targeting allows you to select Contacts by checking the Campaign status of members of a specified Campaign.

Filter Criteria - Campaign Member State Targeting

The Campaign member targeting criteria allows you to specify the following elements:

Element

What it does

Campaign

Allows you to select the Campaign that you would like to match on.

Offers

Allows you to select the Campaign offer you would like to match on. The default option is all offers which will match any offer.

Sent Via Channel

Allows you to select the channel you would like to match on. The default option is all channels which will match a communication sent via any channel.

Responded

Allows you to select the Campaign Member's state that you would like to match.

Response Source

Where applicable, allows you to specify the source that the Contact used to respond. The default option is all sources which will match a response received via any source.

Where

Allows you to specify a date period to match on. Click the field you would like to use from the list and type the date range in the two date text boxes.

Leave the date text boxes blank to match any date.

For a simple Campaign member state targeting Filter, you can just specify the Campaign from that Campaign list and the state from the Responded list and leave the other options at their default values.
