Lists

Lists can be used to define groups of Contacts for customer segmentation, opt-in subscriptions, defining test groups and specific targeting of Contacts. For example, a List may be created called Annual Report, Contacts who are members of this List will be sent the company's annual report via email.

A Contact can be a member of many Lists. The current Lists that a Contact has membership to can be viewed on the Subscribed To tab of a Contact's Summary view.

Lists are used to define a static group of Contacts. To define dynamic group of Contacts use a Filter.
