Targeting From a Filter or List

Having a pre-configured Filter that matches the Contacts that you wish to receive a Message is one of the easiest ways to define the targeting. Similarly, a membership List of Contacts is a very quick and efficient method for targeting a Message.

To target from a Filter or List

1. From the Messages component list, select the message you wish to specify targeting for and click Modify.
2. The component window will be loaded. From the view bar, click Target.
3. In the Send To list, click either the Filter or List that you would like to use.
4. A loading message may be displayed before the view refreshes. Click the Save button.
