Targeting Campaign Members

When a Message belongs to a Campaign, setting that Message to target Campaign members makes it very easy to ensure the correct Contacts receive the communication.

When viewing a Message details, you can add a Message to a Campaign from the Properties view.

To target Campaign members

1. From the Messages component list, select the message you wish to specify targeting for and click Modify.
2. The component window will be loaded. From the view bar, click Target.
3. In the Send To list, click the Campaign whose members you would like to target.
4. A loading message may be displayed before the view refreshes. Click the Save button.
