Enabling a Contact

If a Contact has a status of suspended, you can manually change this to enabled from within the management console.

When manually enabling a suspended Contact, that Contact may now potentially be targeted by Messages. You should always check your local unsolicitored mail legislation to make sure that enabling the Contact complies with the applicable laws.

To enable a Contact

  1. Open the Contact's record for modification.
  2. On the Details view, click the Properties tab.
  3. In the Status list, click Enabled.
  4. Click the Save button.

The Contact's Summary view will be loaded, and the Status Bar will be updated to reflect the current status.
