Question Scores
Surveys allow you to optionally allocate score points for question responses. Depending on the question type score calculation differs:
- Text, Date, Number and Phone question types can have a score specified for each question.
If there is correct answer criteria specified, answers that are evaluated as correct will be allocated the specified score. Answers that are not evaluated as correct (incorrect answers) will be given a score of 0 for that question.
If there is no correct answer criteria specified for a question, any answer to that question will be allocated the specified score.
- Selection and Matrix question types can have a score specified for each response option. Responses will always be allocated the specified score, regardless of if that response is marked as correct or incorrect.
- HTML question types do not support scores.
You can specify any whole number for score, including negative numbers.
A participant's total score for a Survey is displayed in Survey responses, and can be downloaded with sample data.
