Viewing and Modifying Response States

Response states for a Campaign can be viewed and modified from the Campaign's States view.

To view response states

  1. From the Navigation Pane, click the Campaigns View group. The Campaigns View Group will be loaded in the View Bar.
  2. Click the Campaigns view. The Campaigns view will be displayed in the Workspace and the Component List will display a list of Campaigns in the partition.
  3. From the Component list, click the Campaign you would like to view.
  4. Click the Modify button on the Action Bar.
  5. A Component window will be launched displaying the Elements view.
  6. Click the States view, under the Setup heading. The Response States will be displayed.

  7. The five state properties:
    • Contacted
    • Failed
    • Responded
    • Open
    • Converted

      Are displayed in columns and the check boxes can be selected or cleared for each state.

Once a Campaign has started it is recommended that you do not make any changes to response states. Doing so may have unexpected results that invalidate the reporting statistics collected.
