Quick Find

The Quick Find is a convenient way to perform simple searches of items regardless of the view currently loaded in the main Workspace.

Quick Find only looks for one type of item each time you search. The drop down list of views allows you to specify the type of item that will be searched for. The following views are available:

  • Campaigns
  • Campaign Activities
  • Contacts
  • Filters
  • Lists
  • Messages
  • Promotions
  • Surveys
  • Txt Services
  • Website Documents

Performing a Quick Find against a particular view returns the same results as if you had loaded that view and performed a standard search.

To perform a Quick Find

  1. Select the type of record you would like to search for from the drop-down list of views.
  2. In the Quick Find text box enter the text you would like to match against.
  3. Click the Go button.
  4. The corresponding view will be automatically loaded in the Workspace area and the search results will be displayed in the Component List of that view.
