If you know the ID of an item you are trying to find then enter this as the search criteria to quickly locate the item. You can use the * character as a wildcard to specify a partial match within a field. For example, sm*th matches smith or smythe When performing an advanced search, you can click outside of the Search Panel to contract the panel without performing a search. If a standard search is not returning the results you expected, check that no advanced criteria have been specified and accidentally hidden away.
