Txt Service Dispatch Targeting

Txt Service dispatch targeting condition allows you to determine whether to take an action by testing a criteria relating to either the Contact's progress within the current Txt Service or details recorded on their profile.

Txt Service Action Condition - Txt Service Dispatch Targeting

The keyword targeting condition allows you to specify the following elements:

Element

What it does

Logical Operator

The Logical Operator list allows you to select one how the criteria will be matched.

There are two options:

  • Blank (default) will match if the specified criteria is true.
  • Not will match if the the specified criteria is false.

Criteria

The value text box allows you to enter the value that you would like to match on.

The different criteria for Txt Service dispatch targeting condition are detailed in the following table:

Criteria

What it does

Valid Email Address

True when the Contact has a valid email address recorded in their profile.

Valid Name and Postal Address

True when the Contact has a valid name and postal address recorded in their profile.

Registered Txt4Info Member

True when the Contact has made a full registration on the Txt4Info website.

Called Back

True when the Contact has had a Callback added to a batch for this Txt Service.

Posted Mail

True when the Contact has had a Mail added to a batch for sending for this Txt Service.

Sent Email

True when the Contact has had an email Message posted to them for this Txt Service.
