Touchpoint MX has a proven track record delivering solutions across a wide range of industries. Developed in close collaboration with customers and partners, the platform enables organizations to manage, coordinate, and synchronize all customer touch points, including Web, Email, Mail, SMS, Call Centers and Point of Sale.

The Touchpoint management console allows you to manage and configure most aspects of the platform.

The management console is a web based application that runs on a remote server. To access the management console you connect to the Touchpoint server using a web browser. Before you begin to work with the management console you should be comfortable navigating to and around web pages within your browser. If you are unfamiliar with these concepts please refer to the help documentation that is provided with your web browser.
